Warranty Policy

Warranty Regulations:

Before buying any product from HMS Laptech it is important to pay attention to the set of warranty policies mentioned below. Because the sale of any product means that the buyer has made the purchase in consent to the terms and conditions mentioned below. The product warranty that comes with a purchase is basically a "Manufacturer's Warranty". It means the manufacturer or the brand is responsible for the warranty issues. Each of the brands has a different warranty policy, which is clearly mentioned on their respective websites. In this case, HMS Laptech is only responsible for selling the products to customers and helping manufacturers to implement the terms and conditions of the warranty policy.

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Not all products have a warranty. Only those products for which the warranty period has been declared in HMS LAPTECH' bill/invoice will be covered under the warranty facility till the declared period. The warranty will not be valid according to the warranty mentioned in the product package. It will be valid as per the writing of Ryans' bill/invoice. If there is an issue with any product covered by the warranty, the customer will bring it to our nearest service point.

ওয়ারেন্টি নিয়মাবলী

HMS Laptech পণ্য কেনার আগে ক্রেতার জন্য নিচের ওয়ারেন্টি নিয়মাবলী পড়ে নেয়া জরুরী। কারণ কোন পণ্য বিক্রির সাথে সাথে ধরে নেয়া হবে যে এই নিয়মাবলীর প্রতিটি শর্ত ক্রেতা মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

পণ্য বিক্রির সময় যে সমস্ত প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি ঘোষণা করা হয় সেগুলো মূলত "ম্যানুফেকচারিং ওয়ারেন্টি"। অর্থাৎ বিক্রিত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির দায়িত্ব নির্মাতা তথা মূল ব্র্যান্ড কোম্পানি বহন করে থাকে। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী ভিন্ন ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে যা নিজ নিজ পন্যের ওয়েবসাইটে পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করে রেখেছে।

** Apple Mac Book এর নিজস্ব অপারেটিং সিস্টেম মুছে ফেলে বা এর সাথে অন্য অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ইনস্টল (ডুয়েল বুট) করলে পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে না।
** কোন হার্ডওয়্যারে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা জনিত কাজ ফ্রি সার্ভিস হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।
